MULTIFUNCTIONAL EXERCISE OR START WITH 2 POUND WEIGHTS. A 5 POUND. YES. YES MUCH OKAY. SO WE’RE GOING RIGHT INTO A SHOULDER PRESS. SO YOU CAN SHOULDER PRESS UP. SO THAT’S WORKING HER SHOULDERS OF COURSE. AND A BUTTERFLY PRESS WHICH IS WORKING HER CHEST. SO YOU COME IN LIKE THAT. SO GREAT FOR THE CONTROLLED MOVEMENTS. YES. NICE AND SLOW. I, I HONESTLY FEEL LIKE WHEN I WAS TRYING TO DO SOME WAY, WAY BACK WHEN I WAS TRYING TO DO THE WEIGHTS, THAT’S HOW I GOT FROZEN SHOULDER. OH YEAH. BECAUSE I HAD TOO HEAVY OF A WEIGHT AND THAT WAS MISERABLE. RIGHT? RIGHT. SO TURN AND FACE THE CAMERA. SO NOW YOU’RE WORKING YOUR LOVE HANDLES. SO GO TO THE SIDE UP. GREAT EXERCISE. DOES THAT WORK. YEAH IT DOES. YOU CAN’T SPOT REDUCE. YOU CAN’T CHOOSE WHERE YOU’RE USING YOUR WEIGHT SPOT REDUCE OKAY. ALL RIGHT. AND YOU DON’T WANT TO GO TOO HEAVY BECAUSE YOU DON’T WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE. OH YEAH. THAT’S DEFEATING THE PURPOSE. SO A LIGHTWEIGHT DEFEATING THE PURPOSE. HIGH REPETITION ON THIS AS WELL OKAY. LET’S DO ONE MORE THING. HERE’S A HAND WEIGHT. WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER JEN.
