“I love Pilates,” she added. “I recently discovered, and it’s so stupid because it’s this weird online trend, but the wall Pilates. I can just feel the strength of my core so much better. So sometimes the viral things work.” Why is pilates a good workout? “When it comes to drinks,” Kris loves hot chocolate, milk, and “this is gonna be a weird one but I love water,” she gushed. “It’s so bland but there’s something, it just tastes good. I’ll never know how to describe it. I love water.” According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Kris has a favorite type of food. “Give me  all the carbs,” she said. “I love pastas, I love pizza, I love sushi, I love mashed potatoes,” she continued. “I’m a meat girl. I love steak. Give me a giant steak with like a Gorgonzola sauce on it.”
