Amanda relies on a “solid workout” like boxing to blast calories. “I try to work out when I can (and have time) which can be hard, I love boxing,” she told The Daily Mail. Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

As for her diet, “I eat healthy and try to stay well balanced with myself,” she told The Daily Mail. One thing you won’t find her doing? “No fasting, that is not for me.” She admits that she loves sweet treats. You can find her eating chocolate doughnuts and cake in many of her Instagram posts. She also loves carbs, especially anything with noodles. In one post, she sits on a beach eating Cup Noodles in her swimsuit. In another, she eats out of a chinese takeout. “Losing my noodles!” she captioned it.

Amanza gets all the nutrients she needs with the help of supplements. Vitamin C and collagen are two of her go-tos, according to her Instagram post.

Amanza is a big fan of taking hot girl walks. “It’s peak hot girl walk season y’all, who’s with me?” she wrote in one of her captions. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
