Yulimar Rojas is a track and field star from Venezuela. She is a FC Barcelona Athlete. She also competed at the 2016 and 2020 Olympics. Rojas was set to compete in the 2024 Paris games, but she recently announced that an injury forced her to withdraw. In February, she shared what her training process was like on Instagram. Rojas captioned the post, “Necessary to disconnect to connect. The return to training is getting closer while I have one more stop to continue taking advantage and enjoying beautiful days in my country.”

Rojas shares a lot of inspirational words on Instagram. In this post, she encouraged people to stay true to themselves. “I invite you every day to savor that fun side of existence. Don’t stop shining, you are a gift to the world, don’t stop shining to feel what you are, to express and say what you want, to love and express what comes from your heart. Teach others what you are, bring out that spirit that is a source of life, illusion and optimism. Despite what others say, despite doubts and uncertainties, don’t lose faith and cherish each moment as a gift that brings us closer to happiness.”

Rojas makes sure to stay motivated to workout. She shared her secrets for doing so in the caption of this Instagram post. “Whenever you’re doubting how far you can go… just remember how far you have come, remember everything you have faced all the battles you have won and all the fears you have overcome. Because a true warrior will never leave battles half so don’t give up, follow your dreams and goals if you have to cry, scream, laugh and suffer then do it. You will see that in the end you will receive great rewards only then you will achieve the great victories of your life.
